J. Carmon Photography bio picture

Hi there!  Welcome to my blog,  I am so glad you can take a moment to check things out. Whether you are a current or future client, family member, or friend, I hope you can learn a little bit more about me through this blog.

My most recent work will always be found here.  Please subscribe to the blog or check here often.

Okay, a little about me.  I love what I do.  I am blessed with three beautiful daughters and a VERY supportive husband.

I love to travel and my idea of a perfect vacation is basking in the beautiful, warm sun.  I love German Chocolate cake (only my Mom's) and will NEVER pass up the mashed potatoes.

I am so lucky to be able to do what I love.  I have wonderful clients and feel so blessed that they allow me to capture such special moments for them.

I also LOVE hearing from visitors, so please, do not just stalk my blog, leave me some comment love.

Drew is so sweet

He must take after his mom! I love to photograph for this family. I always have such a wonderful time. Brock, Drew’s older brother thinks he is now retired from taking pictures since Drew has arrived. I did manage to capture one or two of them together this time, even if we had to use the Wiggles to get it!

It’s not too late

If you have not scheduled your appointment for your session and Holiday cards, it’s not too late. I will be accepting sessions up until Nov. 15th. This will still give you time to send out some beautiful Holiday cards.

Swamped!

I apologize once again for a delay in blog postings. It is that crazy time of year and I am swamped. I promise to post some of the sessions I have photographed very soon.
Today was a breathtaking fall day. I was able to capture this just before starting a session. You cannot beat the beauty of a fall day in Oregon!

Adriana has arrived!

Lua’s little baby sister is here. Look at these adorable images. I just love the third one where Lua is looking at her sister. How cute is that?

Italian Exchange Student

Alex is from Italy. In fact, during our session, he told me he lives only 20 minutes from Rome. Can you imagine that? So, of course, I then asked him, “When can I come and stay with you” Alex is here until July and is attending Wilsonville High School.

Fall has arrived!

I just love to photograph in the fall leaves. The colors are so beautiful and this is my favorite time of year to shoot.
